| THE FLSA TRAINING & CERTIFICATION PROGRAM |
Become An FLSA Administrator! |
| The Fair Labor Standards Act includes a complex set of rules for maintaining wage and hour requirements. |
| Our FLSA Training & Certification Program provides all of the details you will need to become knowledgeable on FLSA's multiple rules. Multiple tips and examples are provided to help you understand both the basic and "exemption" requirements, as well as "subtle" areas such as the differences between waiting, rest, and meal period times, paying tipped employees, and compensating though non-cash methods. The Program also covers how to handle retaliation and enforcement issues. |
| The Program is easy to use, and contains Lesson Goals, Knowledge Checks, and End of Lesson Quizzes to facilitate learning. Administrative tips and recommended procedures help to ensure that you are able to apply your knowledge to real life situations. |
A "Bookmark" feature allows you to proceed through the Program at your own pace and return to the exact spot where you left off when you last exited the program. You also have the ability to return to previously-read material and to take an optional test to earn a Certified FLSA Expert designation.
|
| The Program is also available with access to our FMLA Procedures Manual, Newsletter, and our E-Alert update service. All are searchable and are a must have to keep you updated! |
