Frank Kollman of Kollman Saucier authored and maintains the FMLA Training & Certification Program and the E-Alert update service. Mr. Kollman is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University and the Syracuse University College of Law (cum laude).
Mr. Kollman is the author of multiple publications, including a book entitled Understanding Employment Regulations. He is a contributing editor to The Developing Labor Law, a publication of the American Bar Association.
An established management labor law attorney, Mr. Kollman has lectured nationally on labor law, employment discrimination, and occupational safety and health. He represents a wide variety of businesses, construction companies, health care institutions, and trade associations, both union and non-union. |
